For purposes of technical support, we outline below only the categories that offer technical information and support resources in a product page:
- Specifications: This section states the minimum computer and operating system requirements that support the use of the product, as well as other aspects of compatibility (e.g. supported audio formats).
Important Note: If your operating system or at least one component of your computer does not meet these requirements, we cannot offer support. We also recommend to read this article in order to learn more about the importance of system requirements.
- Downloads: In this section you will find the user manuals as well as Getting Started guides , demo versions and other features for download. If the product page does not offer a Downloads section, scroll down the page to the section At a Glance, where you will find a download link for the user manuals.
Note: The product's full installers, update installers and drivers are not found in the Downloads section. Please refer to this article for information on how to obtain these installers.
- Comparison Chart: This table is useful to compare the features of different models of a product group before deciding which model to purchase. For instance, the chart for MASCHINE products compares the features of MASCHINE, MASCHINE MIKRO, MASCHINE STUDIO and MASCHINE JAM against one another.
