1. Install failed: "Error while mounting disk image"
If you are on Windows 10 and receive this error message, you must install the product manually as explained in this article:
2. Update failed: "Error while installing a product"
If you receive this error message, you must reinstall the program as explained in this article:
3. Installation has been prevented: "You do not have enough free drive space to install the products."
The installation process of a Native Instruments product requires temporarily extra space on your system drive, even if you want to install the product on an external hard drive.
If you receive this error message when installing a KOMPLETE Bundle, try running the product's installers individually instead of using the Install All button.
Additionally, we recommend to change the Download Location and Content Location in Native Access to a separate hard drive, as explained in this article:
4. Download failed: "Unknown error"

5. Error: "LoadLibrary failed with error 1114"
