The customization of MIDI commands on the second-generation KOMPLETE KONTROL MK2 keyboard is made directly in the MIDI Assignment editor of the KOMPLETE KONTROL 1.9.0 (or higher) software, which replaces the Controller Editor application.
Note: Controller Editor must still be used in order to customize MIDI commands on the first-generation KOMPLETE KONTROL MK1 keyboard.
When the KOMPLETE KONTROL MK2 keyboard is connected to the KOMPLETE KONTROL 1.9.0 (or higher) software, a MIDI button appears on the top right corner of the screen. Click on it to switch to the MIDI Assignment editor.
In KOMPLETE KONTROL's MIDI Assignment editor you can customize MIDI commands for your KNOBS, BUTTONS and PEDALS, organize them in Pages and save your customized mappings as Templates.
Consult your KOMPLETE KONTROL user manual to learn how to use the MIDI assignment editor.
Note: Currently it is not possible to edit commands for the KOMPLETE KONTROL keyboard's keybed.
