When starting Native Access after a system restart, or pressing the refresh button in the top right, all activated products will be scanned and any missing software such as applications, plug-ins, or libraries will be detected. In such cases, the corresponding product entry will show an option to Repair it.
Possible reasons for missing items include:
- The software has been moved to a different location on your computer.
- The hard drive containing the software has been renamed.
- The files have been deleted.

Note: If some libraries are still missing, you can choose another parent folder to try again.
Using the Reinstall Feature
If the missing product folder cannot be found, you can choose the Reinstall option.
- Click the Native Access Preferences on the left and check File Management to make sure the locations are set correctly. See this article for more details about Native Access file locations.
