Native Access Does Not Start after Update 3.12.0 (Windows)

Symptom

After updating Native Access on Windows to version 3.12.0, it does not start when you try to open it.

Cause

There is an issue with Native Access 3.12.0 and the Windows Visual C++ Redistributable. We are working on a fix.

Solution

1. Download this installer for the latest Visual C++ Redistributable: VC_redist.x64.exe
2. Start the downloaded file VC_redist.x64.exe.
3. Start Native Access.

Native Access should work as expected again.
