When entering the serial number of your Native Instruments product in Service Center in order to activate it, you may encounter the following error message: The serial number is locked. (1005)
There can be two reasons for this:
- Our system has locked the serial number due to hardware replacement or other reasons. Please contact our Registration Support to obtain more information.
- You want to activate product from a third-party developer (e.g. TRAKTOR Pioneer Edition, EastWest KONTAKT Player, etc.) but the serial number was locked by the developer. Please contact the third-party developer directly to obtain more information.
