This article explains how to resolve update installation issues with Native Instruments products. If you are a TRAKTOR user and are experiencing problems when installing a TRAKTOR update, please consult this article instead.
When installing an application update you may receive an error message like the one below: Installation folder not found! Please install from the original installation medium first.
The message indicates that the application could not be found in the folder where the installer expects it because it has been moved to another location.
Reinstall the application. To do so, follow these steps:
- Uninstall the product as explained in the respective article for your OS:
- Reinstall the product with Native Access.
Now the update will work again.
