When reinstalling the operating system on your computer, it is required to activate your Native Instruments software again. This is performed either automatically with Native Access or manually with Service Center.
Automatic Activation with Native Access
All NI products currently available in our web shop can be installed and activated via Native Access. After reinstalling the operating system, download and install Native Access from our Downloads page. After logging in to Native Access, you will be able to manage, install and activate all your registered NI products.
Manual Activation with Service Center
Users of older operating systems which do not support Native Access will need to activate their products manually with Service Center. Download and install your product from the section My Products and serials on our website. Please consult this article or this video to learn how to activate your NI products with Service Center.
Note: The end user license agreement (EULA) for Native Instruments products allows the simultaneous installation on two computers (three computers for all versions of MASCHINE and KOMPLETE), as long as only one installation is used at any given time. Please note that Native Instruments reserves the right to disable an account or serial number if it has reason to believe that the license agreement is violated.
