When installing an update for your Native Instruments product from within Service Center, you may receive the following error message: Installation failed
There may be several reasons for this:
- The main application or content cannot be found.
- The application you are trying to update is currently running.
- The update installer was deleted or moved to another location.
- The disk image containing the update installer is already mounted in your OS X Finder or your Windows Explorer.
To learn the exact reason why the installation has failed on your system, click the little red info icon next to the update's name.
