After you purchased a download product in the Native Instruments webshop and your order is completed you will receive a shipping confirmation via email confirming that your product can now be downloaded with Native Access.
This shipping confirmation is sent automatically via e-mail within a few minutes after your order is completed. However, on rare occasions, it may take more than 2 hours, e.g. if your purchase has to be reviewed manually. To find out the status of your order and if it is still under review, please follow the steps in this article. Please consider this before contacting our Order Support.
Additionally, some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam. For this reason, please check your spam folders for the email. If the order has been completed already, you can also log in to your Native Instruments account on our website to find out if your product is already listed in the section My Products and Serials. If you can't find your product in your account, please contact our Order Support and have your order number to hand.
