The following article explains how to import third-party Razor sounds in Reaktor 5 and 6.

Importing Razor Sounds with Reaktor 6
To import third-party Razor sounds into the Reaktor 6 browser, follow the below steps:
- Place the folder containing your third-party Razor sounds in the following location on your hard drive:
- OS X: Mac HD > Users > *Username* > Documents > Native Instruments > User Content > Razor
- Windows: C > Users > *Username* > Documents > Native Instruments > User Content > Razor
Note: If no Razor folder exists there yet, please create one. Then copy the nrkt-file(s) into that folder.
- In Reaktor 6, click on the Preset Browser Tab and then select the User icon.
Important note: If you do not see a User icon in the Preset Browser, you must select the Snapshot Master first. You can do this in the Select Instruments drop-down menu, which is available from the small triangle button in the top right corner of the Preset Browser. Note the Preset Browser icon in front of it indicates that this is the Snapshot Master:
Importing Razor Sounds with Reaktor 5
To import third-party Razor sounds into the Reaktor 5 browser, follow the below steps:
- Place the folder containing your third-party Razor sounds in the following location on your hard drive:
- OS X: Macintosh HD > Users > Documents > Native Instruments > Reaktor 5 > Library > Presets
- Windows: C: > Users > *Username* > Documents > Native Instruments > Reaktor 5 > Library > Presets
- Start Reaktor 5 and select the USER tab. Click on the entry named Presets. Your third-party folder will become visible in the browser (in this example the folder is named Evil Razor). The respective sounds are listed in the File Name box at the bottom of the browser.
