Does Native Access Replace Service Center?
Native Access offers activation, downloads, installation and updates for all your registered NI products from a single place. However, given the long history of Native Instruments products, upon the release of Native Access not all products will be supported and you may find that one of your older products or products from third-parties are not displayed. For these products, Service Center will still be needed. All future products will be managed by Native Access exclusively.
Which NI Products are Supported by Native Access?
Native Access supports all software products currently available at the NI Online Shop except TRAKTOR software. Support for TRAKTOR software will be added in the coming months.
Where Can I Find the Full Installers for my Product?
All supported products can be installed directly in Native Access. In case you need the full installer for a NI product which is not supported, log in to your online account and navigate to MY ACCOUNT > My Products and Serials. Click the DOWNLOAD button next to a serial number to download the respective product. You can find more information about where to download your NI software in this article.
Note: Some older Native Instruments products may not be available for download in your account any longer. If you are required to (re)install such a product but no longer have access to its installation discs, please contact our Support team.
Where Can I Find Updates for Products that are not Supported by Native Access?
If your product is not supported by Native Access you can use Service Center for installing product updates. This article shows how to install product updates with Service Center or alternatively from the UPDATES page.
