Please select your version of Native Access and follow the steps to reinstall your NI product.
Note: To reinstall a product on OS X 10.9, refer to this article instead.
Native Access
- Start Native Access.
- Click Preferences on the lower left and verify that the locations in File Management are set to the correct paths on your hard drive. You can find more information in this article.
- Go to Library > Installed and scroll to the product that needs to be reinstalled. In this example, we want to reinstall Arkhis.
Note: You can sort your products by sub-category, such as Applications, Kontakt, Reaktor, etc.
- Click the three dots for the product entry and select Reinstall.
- Allow the download and installation process to complete, then reopen your software.
Native Access Legacy
- Start Native Access.
- Click the user icon in the upper right, choose Preferences and verify that the File locations are set to the correct paths on your hard drive. You can find more information in this article.
- In the Installed products tab, place the mouse above FULL VERSION (or DEMO) in the product entry and click REINSTALL.
- Start the installation process by confirming once more with REINSTALL.
- Allow the download and installation process to complete, then reopen your software.
About Legacy NI Products and Third-Party Libraries
Native Instruments legacy products cannot be reinstalled via Native Access. To find installers for legacy NI products, click here.
Older KONTAKT libraries from third-party companies have to be provided by the manufacturer.
