Why is the webshop showing an old base product for my Update / Upgrade?
Example: The webshop shows Komplete 9 as your base product for your Komplete 15 Update, even though you also own the Komplete 14 Update.
Explanation: There are multiple base products that qualify for the same Update / Upgrade. The price for updating Komplete 9 or Komplete 14 to Komplete 15 is the same. When you're logged in to your account, the shopping cart in the webshop always shows the oldest (and cheapest) base product.
To view the correct price based on your owned products, please make sure to log in and open the price page of the item you wish to purchase.
Why does the price for my Update / Upgrade increase when I add it to my shopping cart?
Example: The price for the Komplete 15 Ultimate Update is shown as 199.50€ in the webshop catalog, but when you add it to the shopping cart, it goes up to 299.50€.
Explanation: The catalog in the webshop and on your Komplete Offers page always shows only the full price and the Update price. It doesn't show the Upgrade price which may apply to you.
To view the correct price based on your owned products, please make sure to log in and open the price page of the item you wish to purchase.
