Note: The password for your user account is the same for Native Access, native-instruments.com and the Community Forum.
If you need to reset your Native ID password, you can do so it by clicking on Don't remember your Password? on the login screen of Native Access, native-instruments.com, and the Community Forum. Simply follow the instructions on the screen in order to complete the process.

Important Note: If you have not received the password change request email, please verify the following:
- Check if the email notification has landed in your spam folder.
- Adjust your email client's security settings to allow automatic notifications sent by Native Instruments.
