How To Load An Expansion Preset in KOMPLETE KONTROL

Note: After installing the Expansion, it is important to run KOMPLETE KONTROL in stand-alone mode before using it as a plug-in in your DAW. This step is required for KOMPLETE KONTROL to detect the Expansion.

This article explains how to load an Expansion Preset from the KOMPLETE KONTROL Browser.

The procedure described below applies for any of the following NI products, when loaded within KOMPLETE KONTROL:

  • BATTERY 4
  • MASSIVE
  • MONARK
  • PRISM
  1. Click on All Instruments in the KOMPLETE KONTROL Browser.

  2. Select the Instrument for which you want to load a Preset. In our example, we select Prism.

  3. Click on All Banks. The drop-down menu lists all Expansions installed on your computer. Select the Expansion you want to use, in our example Halcyon Sky.

  4. All the PRISM Presets included in the Halcyon Sky Expansion are now listed in the Browser. Double-click any one of them to load them to KOMPLETE KONTROL.
