Symptom
After purchasing TRAKTOR PRO 3, it does not appear as a download in Native Access.
Solutions
Check Product System Requirements
The minimum TRAKTOR PRO 3 requirements are macOS 11 or Windows 10 and higher. This means TRAKTOR PRO 3 will not appear as a download in Native Access if using an older operating system.

Check the Native Access Login
Make sure that you logged into Native Access with the same Native ID (e-mail address and password) as the one used when purchasing TRAKTOR PRO 3. Hover your mouse cursor over the lower left side of Native Access to see the e-mail address used to log in.
Note: On the original Native Access (light version), click on the user icon at the top right to check the username.
Additionally, check your purchase confirmation email from our webshop to verify that the email address in Native Access matches the email address used for your purchase. Please get in touch with our Registration Support if you're having trouble locating your NI user account info.
Refresh or Relaunch Native Access
If Native Access was open while purchasing TRAKTOR PRO 3, you should refresh or restart Native Access and click Library > Available to find the download.
Note: On the original Native Access (light version), new and available products are shown in the Not Installed section.
