When trying to activate a product in Native Access on a macOS computer, you receive the following error message:
Activation failed. Activating *Product name* failed: Failed processing the activation result: Internal error during activation
- Make sure Native Access is closed.
- Navigate to the following directory:
Macintosh HD > Users > Shared
- Delete the "Native Instruments" folder. You can do this by right-clicking on the folder and selecting Move to Trash in the contextual menu.
- Restart Native Access.
The activation should now work as expected.
