New and Already Registered Products
If you have purchased the new product recently, please contact our Support Team and provide:
- a photo of the 25-digit serial number on the original serial card
- a photo of the hardware serial number on the bottom of the device
- a photo / scan of the original receipt
If you have purchased the product a long while ago, you might have used a different email address for the activation. Please contact our Support Team and provide:
- the old / invalid email address
- the new email address, you want to use in the future
Second Hand Products
If you have purchased the product second hand, please ask the seller to request a license transfer as explained in this article.
