Hardware Help / Tech Support
Hardware help can also be found in the relevant interactive Solution Wizards. You will find general instructions for setting up your hardware as well as product-specific troubleshooting tips.
For example, to obtain Hardware help for your TRAKTOR controller, start the TRAKTOR Solution Wizard and navigate to the section dealing with hardware:
From there you follow the onscreen prompts to further define and troubleshoot your issue:
