When trying to register a product in Native Access, you receive the following error message:
Registration error: The serial has been registered already
New and Already Registered Products
If you have purchased the new product recently, please contact our Account Support Team and provide:
- a photo of the 25-digit serial number on the original serial card
- a photo of the hardware serial number on the bottom of the device
- a photo / scan of the original receipt
If you have purchased the product a long while ago, you might have used a different email address for the activation. Please contact our Account Support Team and provide:
- the old / invalid email address
- your current email address, that you want to use to register your NI products
Second Hand Products
If you have purchased the product second hand, please ask the seller to request a license transfer as explained in this article.
If you cannot contact the seller, please contact our Account Support Team.
