In this article, we will demonstrate how to access the newly updated KONTAKT Play Series V2 instruments (Analog Dreams, Ethereal Earth and Hybrid Keys) within the KOMPLETE KONTROL and MASCHINE 2 browsers.
The original KONTAKT Play Series instruments (Analog Dreams, Ethereal Earth and Hybrid Keys) have been updated to feature new sub pages (SOUND, FX, SEQ, & MACROS), which are now inline with the more recent KONTAKT Play Series instruments (e.g. Modular Icons, Lo-Fi Glow, etc).
If you have not yet updated your KONTAKT Play Series (Analog Dreams, Ethereal Earth and Hybrid Keys) to their latest 2.0 versions, you will find the option to update these in the Available Updates section of the Native Access software.

In this example, we are using Analog Dreams, and the KOMPLETE KONTROL Browser, but this process is the same when using MASCHINE 2, and Ethereal Earth / Hybrid Keys.
- In the Library Browser, select the All Instruments category.
- Select the Analog Dreams picture-icon from the Sampled Instruments category.
- Choose the Analog Dreams 2.0 bank.
- Now, all of the available TYPES, CHARACTERS, and preset listings will feature the enhanced sub pages (SOUND, FX, SEQ, & MACROS). All of these presets are new in Version 2.0.
- To access the original set of presets, choose the Analog Dreams 1.0 bank.
