Is my product supported?
We offer support for users of OS X 10.9 (and higher) and Windows 7 (and higher). If your product upon release was compatible with those systems, then we can assist you with it.

Do you still offer a repair service for my device?
It depends on the product and on the repair that is required.
Some products have had their hardware service terminated. You can find a list of these here.

Are updates or bug fixes made to discontinued NI products?
Normally not. Since our developers will be working on forthcoming products, as well as maintaining current products on ever-shifting OS platforms, it is not possible to also maintain discontinued products.
