What Is KOMPLETE NOW?
How do I install my KOMPLETE NOW products?
You can install all your KOMPLETE NOW products with Native Access. You will see all the products listed in the Not installed tab. You can find more information on setting up KOMPLETE NOW on our Learning Hub.
How many computers can I use KOMPLETE NOW on?
You can install your KOMPLETE NOW products on up to three different computers. It is not permitted to use your installations simultaneously. More information on the End User License Agreement can be found here.
Do I need to be connected to the internet to run my KOMPLETE NOW products?
An internet connection is required to install and activate the KOMPLETE NOW products. Once installed, all products can be used offline.
Please note that you must be online and open Native Access once a month so that your subscription can renew itself.
What happens to my existing NI products when I subscribe?
Your existing products will not be affected. You can still manage them from Native Access.
If you own a product that is also part of your subscription, that product will only appear once in Native Access. The perpetual license (not the subscription license) will take precedence.
Payment / Discounts
Which payment methods are available?
Currently, we are offering payment with PayPal and Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard / more to be added in the future). Please note that debit cards are not accepted.
Where can I find my invoices?
Go to My Account, log in, and click on "My Subscription”. From here you can download any available invoices.
My credit card has expired - what can I do?
- Go to My Account, log in, and click on Subscription.
- Click on the MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION tab.
- Click on Payment Methods to update your credit card or change payment method.
Can I update my payment method?
Yes, it's possible to change your payment method:
- Go to My Account, log in, and click on Subscription.
- Click on the MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION tab.
- Click on Payment Methods to change the payment method.
Can I change my plan from monthly to yearly?
Yes, it's possible to change your subscription plan:
- Go to My Account, log in, and click on Subscription.
- Click on the MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION tab.
- Choose KOMPLETE NOW and then click on the Change my Subscription option.
Is there a student / EDU discount?
Currently not. More information on our educational programs can be found here.
I already own one of the products available for subscription, do I get a discount
if I want to subscribe?
Currently this is not possible. It would be possible to sell the product you own. This article explains how to request a License Transfer ID to sell your NI product.
Cancellation / Pausing
Can I pause my subscription plan and resume it later?
It is possible to cancel and re-start your subscription at any time. This can be done from the My Account section of our website:
- Go to My Account, log in, and click on Subscription.
- Click on the MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION tab.
From here you can cancel or re-enable your subscription.
What happens to my projects if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, your KOMPLETE NOW instruments and effects will stop working once you pass the expiration date.
We are currently evaluating technical solutions to always keep projects intact. However, for the time being, we recommend to export the affected tracks before the subscription runs out. You can then re-import that track as an audio file on an audio track.
How can I cancel my subscription? (Can I cancel at any time?)
It is possible to cancel and re-start your subscription at any time. This can be done from the My Account section of our website.
- Go to My Account, log in, and click on Subscription.
- Click on the MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION tab.
The subscription works on a 1-month billing cycle. This means that when you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of that cycle, and you won't get charged any further.
We will remind you 8 days before your trial expires.
Updates
How often will my subscription get updated with new products?
You will receive an additional NI product once per month, and new sounds, presets and samples every second week.
How will I be notified when new content is available for me?
Will existing products get removed once new products get added?
No. The bundle grows in size.

Troubleshooting
I don't see KOMPLETE NOW in Native Access
KOMPLETE NOW is the name of the subscription bundle. It contains a collection of individual Native Instruments products. The bundle name itself (KOMPLETE NOW) does not appear as a product entry in Native Access.
I don't see all of the KOMPLETE NOW products in my DAW
Some products require the free KONTAKT Player and are not loadable as plug-ins directly in a DAW. KONTAKT Player can be installed from Native Access.
How to Load a KONTAKT Player Instrument
To load a KONTAKT Player instrument in a DAW, you must load the KONTAKT Player plug-in. From there you will be able to load your instrument.
Open KONTAKT Player and click on the Instruments tab under the instrument you want to load. Then double-click the instrument name which appears. In our example, we double-click Lo-fi Glow.nki to load the LO-FI GLOW instrument.
