    Hello Harry,

Are you on Mac or PC ? Did you rename the drive (even by accident) ? Can you post a screenshot ? Thanks in advance.

It's a Mac Pro with OS 10.13.6, and the drive has not been renamed.

I've attached a screenshot.  'Dale' is a removable drive.  The main OS drive (indeed, the only non-removable drive) is 'Ithilien' and it's no longer showing up, but did for years.

    Thanks

Hello Daniel, well it's actually a bug with Battery 4, our developers are aware of it, it's in their backlog. Unfortunately we don't have a release date at the moment, sorry about the inconvenience.

Is it only in Battery 4 for you ?

    Hey Bobby,

For Kontakt, yes it has been resolved, if that problem still occurs with Kontakt please let us know. For Battery 4 it's not resolved yet.

Would love to have this problem in Battery 4 fixed please! It's been almost a YEAR since the original post of this problem. The file browser in battery is completely useless in the meantime. How is that acceptable?

Still seems to be problem with Kontakt 5.6 You can work around the problem using an Alias but the QuickJump functionality doesn't work.

This seems to be because it picks up the quick jump locations as /Users/<UserName>/Documents etc which doesn't match what it displays in the file tree
