    Thanks for posting your issue in our support community.
    We regret to hear that you have not received your TRAKTOR PRO 3 licence yet.
    Our product deployment experts worked on the technical infrastructure to isolate the source of the problem, which affected users who purchased TRAKTOR PRO 2 after August 1st.

    We believe this is finally solved and users should be able to open NATIVE ACCESS to download and install the TRAKTOR PRO 3 software.

    On behalf of the whole Native Instruments team we sincerely apologize for this incident.
