Heavyocity NP02 Rhythmic Textures does not load completely [en-us]

Yesterday I bought, downloaded and installed the Heavyocity NP02 Rhythmic Textures library. When I load a patch it doesn't load fully and one or more articulations don't produce a sound. You can see at the top of the Kontakt screen that it doesn't load fully (progress bar is still visible and yellow marker) and when you play one of the articulations that don't produce a sound then it tries to load "purged" samples (blinking red marker). But there still isn't any sound. After messing around for a bit Kontakt even freezes and can no longer be closed (except through the task manager). I already re-installed the library, but the problem remains.

If it helps anyone else you can also register you serial number for the Library on Heavyocity's site and they have their own downloader for their products.
I just re-downnloaded Rhythmic Textures through their downloader and the patches that had an issue are working now

I had the same reply from Heayocity, that they could not reproduce these problems, and that it was most likely from the NI download.
Ive had no further response from NI on this. Are they usually this slow?
Looking through the support forum there are quite a lot of unanswered posts!!

Hi Jon,
I only had to deal with their support twice. Once I eventually managed to solve the problem myself. The other time they were actually quite helpful. But I do believe that they don't have the best of reputations. Of the four posts with the same issue they only answered yours. And that answer wasn't exactly helpful.

Hey Michel, and other affected users, can you try with Kontakt 5 Player and Kontakt 6 Player ? Is it the same in both versions ? Here are both versions if needed :
Can you all try and also let us know what operating system you're on ?

Logic Pro X 10.4.1
Kontakt Player 5.8.1 (R43)
Kontakt Player 6.0.4 (R64)
Wont fully load (yellow marker) and no sound on some articulations, with lock ups on both Kontakt players 5 & 6, in both stand alone & as a plugin. See uploaded screen grabs in my post.
All violins (including non tempo sync) and rhythmic texture designer
Tried deleting and reinstalling via native access. Tried moving library and relocating via native access. Still same problem.

I use "Windows 10 Home" 64Bit with "Intel Xeon E5-2680 v3 2.5GHz" (current Version). It's the same Problem using "KOMPLETE KONTROL" and "KONTAKT 6" (Full Version) in standalone and as DAW (Cubase 9.5) Plugin.
Sorry, at this moment I can't install any Software on my sytem (the Kontakt Players). Can other users help? Thanks a lot.

Hello. I purchased AEON Collection from Heavyocity & have used it for a year or so. I performed a clean install of Mojave on my Mac. AEON does not show up in Kontakt Library. I tried to add my serial number for AEON Collection in Native Access. Error Message : "The serial you're trying to activate has been locked by Customer Support".
