    Hi Tony,

We should have the first set of new presets drop around the end of August.

These GUI updates are appreciated, particularly the modules bypass in header.

I’m not much of a tweaker so I’m wondering when will there be more presets? I was hoping the first update would have added some.

The addition of module bypass and wavetable/noisetable cycling is a significant QoL improvement. Thanks for prioritising these!

    When MIDI Learn gonna available?

If There was no MIDI Learn In ProTools, Real Time Control is a big disaster. xD

I'm experiencing problems when running Massive X in Pro Tools 2019.6.

    1. When I reactivate Massive X within Pro Tools, it comes back with the "Init - Massive X" listed as the loaded patch, but the patch it holds is the same as when I deactivated Massive X.

    2. Some patches, like "Alternate Tone", "Angelic Sprites", "Buried Giant", "Clock Face", "Destination Source" and "Morph Suitcase" in the Piano/Keys bank, all becomes unresponsive after I have performed a scrub on an audio track in the session. The three remaining patches in the same bank, "Avenue Bridge", "Eighties Essential" and " Wintery Tinkle" are not affected by the scrub. Interestingly, the affected patches all use the SDel effect, whereas none of the unaffected patches use the SDel. So I subsequently tried to deactivate the SDel on one of the affected patches, and the patch was no longer affected by scrubbing the audio track. So it would seem that the problem relates to the SDel effect process.

Crashes and unresponsive pre sets using Pro Tool Ultimate 2019.6.0_OSX_10.14.6_2013 Mac Pro 3.5 Ghz x 6, 64 GB Ram

After installing the update the majority of the pre sets don't respond. I wasn't familiar enough with the first round of pre sets to know whether the unresponsive pre sets are only new, or if some of the original ones have gone bad. I also noticed that some of my custom pre sets have stopped responding as well.

In addition, I am getting frequent crashes caused by Massive

    Unfortunately, it is still crashing.

It is very irritating. The last time I went through this route, I went back and forth with customer service until they set-up a day to screen share with me.... That was at 5am my time to accommodate the time zone difference.

I got up early, logged on.. and they never logged on and didn't reply to my email until two days later saying there is a known crashing error with Windows (which was never posted publicly the explanation). Here we are again. It still crashes, regardless whether trying to run it as a VST under cubase, or if trying to run it directly under Komplete Kontrol directly (not within cubase or a host).

Massive X audio drops out for no apparent reason until I either unload and reload it or quit cubase and reload it.
