    Hello Andreas,

Please try the following steps with all audio applications closed:

    1. From the Finder, hold Shift+Command+G

    2. In the window that appears, type or copy and paste the following text:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/

    3. Move the Massive X folder to the trash.

    4. Again, hold Shift+Command+G

    5. In the window that appears, type or copy and paste the following text:
    ~/Library/Preferences/

    6. Move the file called "com.native-instruments.Massive X.plist" to the trash.

    7. Empty the trash and then restart your computer.

    8. After your computer restarts, open Massive in either Live or Logic. Does Live continue to crash? If there is no crash, do the Factory Presets appear?

    Hi Chris,

Thanks. However, before your reply, I did a complete removal of both Massiv X and Live Suite 10. Re-installing both again, and it worked perfectly. But... Finished off work yesterday night, everything still working perfectly. No crashes, all presets available etc. Starting up Live today and... nothing works. All over again. No presets and when trying to close Live - no respons, i.e. crash. How is this possible? All good yesterday night when shutting down, and nothing works today when strategic up again. Please help.

    Best regards,

    Andreas

    Hi,

Any news on this? The problem remains after several complete removal of both Live Suite and Massive X. No presets and crash in Live Suite. Seems to work fine in Logic Pro X, though.

    Hi Chris / NI,

Having waited for a solution almost three weeks now, I cannot accept this level of service. Therefore, unfortunately, I'd like to return my Massive X product and get a refund. How do I proceed?

    Best regards,

    Andreas
