Massive X [en-us]
AnsweredThe Massive X Library is showing as installed in Native Access, but the Library is showing as empty in Massive X. Also the LFO section has only envelopes. I cannot seem to figure out how to change from envelopes to LFO. Please advise.

Hello Nick,
And sorry for such a late answer, we faced a lot of requests lately. In what DAW are you loading Massive X ? Have you tried to open it in Komplete Kontrol in standalone ? Have you tried reinstalling Massive X's factory library ?
For the LFO you should only have to click on the LFO page here :
The manuals are now online : MASSIVE X MANUALS

Hey Nick,
Here is what you can try :
Delete this file :
Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.Massive X Factory Library.plist
Reinstall the factory library from Native access.
Then delete this file :
Macintosh HD > Users > Your user name > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.Massive X.plist
Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:
Did that fix it ?

Hey Nick, sorry about the late reply. We contacted you by email a few weeks ago, sent you our support tool and didn't receive the resulting file. I just sent it out again, please check your inbox. If the file is too large for the email, please use dropbox or google drive and send us a link to it.
