My new PC is not recognizing my Audio 8 hardware interface.I've tried everything else that has been suggested by the NI website, nothing seems to work. The hardware still works because it is recognized by my old Mac laptop.

Any help you can give will be appreciated.Thanks

  Could you please tell me what you have already tried?

  Is the AUDIO 8 DJ Driver 3.1.0 - Windows 7, 8, 8.1  installed?

  Yes, I initially checked for updates (there was none available), then I re-downloaded the most recent driver (just to be sure). The Audio 8 is powering but just not recognised.
