I have the same issue. I sent in a ticket to Heavyocity but haven't heard anything back yet.

    normally a 5 part serial. I was given a 4 part serial.

Anyone out there with a solution

    Thanks

Solved -> I got this reply from Heayocity:

    Hello,

Thanks so much for the purchase. Since #StayHome is delivered as wav, rex, and unwrapped nki's, you do not need to authorize the product anywhere. The serial is for registration at the Heavyocity.com site (which automatically happens when you purchase) You can simply load the files into your host daw on a track, or load the NKI in Kontakt 6.2.2 full version.
Hope you are healthy and safe in these extraordinary times.

    Best,

    Kent

It was installing it into Kontakt that I was having an issue. When I go to Native Access it wont accept the serial. I can use them straight in the daw but can they be installed into Kontakt without native access?

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I saw that, but wasn't sure how to load it in to Kontakt. Worked it out so thanks everyone for their help.
