    Hello Tom,

Could you please tell me which version for Controller Editor that you have installed?

You can find Controller Editor in your Native Instruments application folder.

    Hi Tom,

We very much apologize for the delayed response. In recent months, we’ve seen an unprecedented increase in usage of, and demand for Native Instruments products, as the COVID-19 crisis continues to force many to stay at home. We’re pleased that so many people are turning to music and Native Instruments during this time. But this has also created an enormous challenge for our customer support team.

We’d like to say that we haven’t forgotten about you and your request, but until today we have not been able to further process it.

Before I can dive deeper into troubleshooting your case, I need to know whether you can verify that the 2nd hand device is working at all. Do you have another computer on which you could test this?
