Symptom
Traktor Pro does not appear as a download in Native Access.
Solutions
Check Product System Requirements
Traktor versions that are not compatible with your operating system will not be displayed in Native Access. Please check your Traktor version's compatibility here: macOS / Windows
Check the Native Access Login
Make sure that you logged into Native Access with the same Native ID (e-mail address and password) as the one used when purchasing Traktor Pro. Go to Preferences > My Account to check your login.
Additionally, check your purchase confirmation email from our webshop to verify that the email address in Native Access matches the email address used for your purchase.
Refresh or Relaunch Native Access
If Native Access was open while purchasing Traktor, you should refresh or restart Native Access and click Library > Available to find the download.
