Mensaje de error al instalar un producto de Native Instruments: "A DLL required..." (Windows)

Síntoma

Al intentar instalar un producto Native Instruments en un sistema Windows, recibe un mensaje de error que menciona un archivo DLL:

Error. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Causa

Este problema ocurre si los programas System Mechanics y / o F-Prot están instalados en su sistema Windows y bloquean la instalación de los productos de Native Instruments.

Solución

Desinstale System Mechanics y/o F-Prot de su sistema Windows y ejecute el instalador de Native Instruments nuevamente.
