KORE 2 can read and import the presets of a 3rd-party plug-in if the plug-in makes this list available to KORE 2. This is done by a protocol that is defined by the VST and AU plug-in design.
Manufactures can decide if they want their plug-in to report a preset list or not. In case the plug-in does not offer a preset list, KORE 2 can not receive and import its presets.
When the import option is not visible for the chosen plug-in in KORE 2, the plug-in does not "offer" its presets to KORE 2. Then the presets would not appear in other hosts preset list also.

In case these lists display the plug-ins presets, the presets can also be imported in KORE 2.
