If your Komplete Kontrol Browser is empty or incomplete (i.e. individual presets or products are missing), please follow these troubleshooting steps.
1. Install the Latest Komplete Kontrol Update
Your Expansions or Komplete Instruments may require a newer Komplete Kontrol software version than the one installed on your system. Open Native Access and install all available updates.
2. Selecting the Factory Content
Make sure that you are selecting the Factory Content instead of the User Content. The Content selector uses a single button (i.e. the "person symbol") for toggling the Browser between the Factory and User Libraries. To select the Factory Content, the Content Selector button should not be highlighted.
