How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Windows Computer

Please choose your version:

Windows 11
  1. Right-click the Windows Start Button and select Installed Apps / Apps & Features..
  2. Find the product you want to remove, click the 3 dots on the right side of the entry and select Uninstall.
  3. If the User Access Control is displayed, allow the changes.

  4. In the NI Setup window, select Uninstall and then press Next to proceed.

  5. Once the uninstallation process is completed, click the Finish button to close the window.

  6. If you are using Native Access 3.10.3 (or higher), please also delete the following file:
    C:> Users > Public > Public Documents > Native Instruments > installed_products > *Product Name*.json 
Windows 10
  1. Right-click the Windows Start Button and select Apps & features.
  2. Click the product you want to remove and select Uninstall.

    C:> Users > Public > Public Documents > Native Instruments > *Product Name* > *Product Name*.json
