    Sorry, but it is not possible to install Komplete 7 (or any earlier Komplete version) to any Mac running OS X 10.10 or higher.

    Technically, the Komplete 7 installer is compatible only with OS X 10.5 (Leopard) & 10.6 (Snow Leopard), according to this Compatibility Info at our KnowledgebaseMac OS X 10.3 - 10.7 Product Compatibility Chart 

    NI is already aware of this issue, and has already released a statement addressing the issue through This Knowledgebase Article:
    KOMPLETE 1-7 Installer Error Message: "Failure. Installation cannot proceed [...]" (Mac) 

    If you own a more recent version of Komplete, such as Komplete 9 or 10 (Ultimate), then you already have access to the latest versions of the NI Products included with Komplete 7, and they are of the latest versions, which are Fully Compatible with your version of Mac OS X.

    Thanks for the answer :-) Is it possible to NI to replace the Komplete 7 so I don't have to buy everything again? 

     

    Cause I have all the updates even to Komplete 10 Ulimate

    Hi Robert,
    If you own Komplete 10 Ultimate, then you already have access to the latest versions of the NI Products included with Komplete 7, and they are of the latest versions, which are Fully Compatible with your version of Mac OS X.

    Please also be aware, you are not required to install Komplete 7 first. You can just install the Komplete 10 Ultimate to your system.

    Hi Rocky,

     

    The things is, that I have Komplete 7, then I have Komplete 10 Update, and then Komplete 10 Upgrade to Ultimate. 

    You know if NI having some kind of exchanging program where it is possible to exchange the package I have to an Komplete 10 Ultimate?
