I am feeling very frustrated with NIs (lack of) customer support. I emailed six days ago with an issue and promptly got an automated reply saying they had received my request. I never got a response. In the mean time, NI has had no problem sending me multiple emails trying to sell me new products.
I am a frustrated customer that currently owns: Komplete Ultimate 10, Komplete Kontrol keyboard, Maschine, and several stand alone products.
I have a professional recording studio with a stand alone computer and we don't have internet there. Now with the new download center, there is no way to download several of the products and then move it to my offline computer. (Reaktor 6 for example).
It seems like my only solution is to take the computer from the studio back to the house and get online with it and do it that way.
