We wanted to share with you some new changes regarding how you can get help for Account and Order questions.
We are introducing chat support for questions regarding orders, serial numbers, activations, licensing and payment. Chat is a fast option that allows you to ask a question without excessive wait times and, if needed, a ticket request can be submitted when needed with faster follow up times. Chat support will replace our phone support as a result.
For all inquiries regarding usage of or products and help for topics around installation, this community portal will remain the first touch-point with Technical Support staff as well as with other users to resolve occurring technical issues and to start interesting discussions around our products.
