Dear NI support
I bought "Berlin Orchestra Inspire" last week from "Orchestra Tool".
After installing the purchased product on my i-MAC, I tried to register the product after installing "Native Access".
When I tried to register the serial, the registration failed with the message "The serial XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX does not belong to a known product" (see attached).
So, I contacted "Orchestra Tool support", they said that this is a bug in Native-Access and I have to contact Native-Instruments.
I couldn't believe it, so I tried installing and registering "Native Access" on a PC other than i-mac which I want to install on.
Then, serial# registration was successfully done on PC, without installing the product.
So I ran "Native Access" again on i-mac, and "Berlin Orchestra Inspire" was marked as "DEMO".
After changing the location where "Berlin Orchestra Inspire" is installed, I relocate and specify the changed location, but it still shows "DEMO".
Please tell me how to solve this problem.
( If registering the serial on my PC other than i-MAC is problem, please clear the registration information so I can install/register the product again on my i-Mac. )
