Komplete Kontrol | How to Switch Focus between the KOMPLETE KONTROL MK1 and MK2 S-Series Keyboard

If you own a KOMPLETE KONTROL MK1 and a KOMPLETE KONTROL MK2 keyboard, it is possible to switch focus between the two keyboards to control one or more KOMPLETE KONTROL or MASCHINE plug-in instances in your host sequencer.

This is useful, for example, if you wish to use a KOMPLETE KONTROL keyboard to operate a percussion set and another keyboard to play piano parts.

To switch focus between two KOMPLETE KONTROL (MK1 and MK2) keyboards, proceed as explained below:

• To switch the focus from MK1 to MK2, press the PLUG-IN button on your MK2 keyboard.
• To switch the focus from MK2 to MK1, press SHIFT + INSTANCE on your MK1 keyboard.
